Patton Ceiling Fans
Patton ceiling fans were made in the 1980s, they were very similar to Fasco ceiling fans. Patton later bought Fasco's ceiling fan department and continued making Fasco models. They were all good quality fans. Most used a stack motor and metal flywheel, with very few parts that can fail. They were also similar to the American made Nutone models. As with all older fans, with age and use the bearings may become dry or dirty and require oiling or replacement, see "oiling" section. The Fasco models made by Patton may have a rubber flywheel that would need to be replaced, see "flywheel" section.
